<br />WHEREAS, Cornerstone Bank, York, Nebraska, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated November 10, 2021,
<br />executed by Innate Development 2, LLC; A Nebraska Limited Liability Company; as Trustor(s), in which Cornerstone
<br />Bank, York, Nebraska, is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as trustee, and recorded November 10, 2021 as
<br />Instrument No. 202109565 of Mortgage Records, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, has
<br />received from the Beneficiary thereunder, a written request to partially reconvey, reciting that part of the sums secured
<br />by such Deed of Trust have been paid and a portion of the property described below have been surrendered tothe
<br />undersigned, as Trustee for a partial release.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby partially reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />therein, only the following interest derived to the undersigned under the Deed of Trust in the following described real
<br />estate, to -wit:
<br />Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), Six (6), Seven (7), Eight (8), Nine (9), Ten (10), Eleven (11), Twelve
<br />(12), Thirteen (13), Fourteen (14), Fifteen (15), Sixteen (16), Seventeen (17), Eighteen (18), Nineteen (19), Twenty (20),
<br />Twenty -One (21),,Twenty-Two (22), Twenty -Three (23) and Twenty -Four (24), Legacy 34 Sixth Subdivision in the City
<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />This is a partial release given as to the above described real estate only, and the Deed of Trust being partially released
<br />hereby shall remain in effect as to all other real estate described therein.
