<br />WHEREAS, MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of Doniphan, A State Banking Corporation by
<br />and through Craig E. Marble, its authorized officer, MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of Doniphan,
<br />as trustee under the trust deed dated January 21, 2022 executed by HARRELL FARMS LIMITED
<br />PARTNERSHIP, A NEBRASKA LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, as trustor, in which MNB Bank as
<br />successor in interest to Bank of Doniphan, is named as beneficiary, and said corporation as trustee, and
<br />recorded as Instrument No. or Book 202200871 in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, State
<br />of Nebraska, has received from MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of Doniphan, the beneficiary
<br />thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such trust deed have been fully paid
<br />and that such trust deed and the note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, as trustee, for
<br />cancellation:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the said
<br />corporation by and through its authorized officer, as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto, namely: HARRELL FARMS LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, A
<br />NEBRASKA LIMITED PARTNERSHIP the estate now held by it thereunder, to -wit:
<br />THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER AND THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST
<br />QUARTER (SE1/4 SW1/4 NE1/4) OF SECTION THIRTY-SIX (36), TOWNSHIP TEN (10)
<br />NORTH, RANGE TEN (10) NORTH, RANGE TEN (10) WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., IN HALL
<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA; EXCEPT THAT PORTION DEEDED TO THE STALE OF NEBRASKA
<br />IN DEED RECORDED IN BOOK 135, PAGE 291.
