Loya, Teresa Loya, husband and wife and Arturo Loya, a single <br />person, as Trustors, did on or about November 23, 1999, make, execute and deliver Lmto Commercial Federal <br />Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein said Trustors conveyed the following - <br />described real property: <br />Lot Eight (8), in Block One (1) of Park Place, an Addition to the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from Major Mortgage, Beneficiary of said <br />Deed of Trust which was recorded on November 24, 1999, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 99-111296. <br />On or about November 23, 1999, Major Mortgage, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and <br />beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation.
