This Subordination Agreement, made this November 9, 2001 by WELLS FARGO BANK NEBRASKA, <br />N.A. (hereinafter referred to as "Beneficiary"), present owner and holder of the Deed of Trust and note <br />first hereafter described, in favor of FIRST FEDERAL LINCOLN BANK, it's successors and /or assigns <br />(hereinafter referred to as "Lender "); <br />WITNESSETH <br />THAT WHEREAS, Douglas J. Rowlands And Kathryn J. Rowlands, Husband And Wife As Joint <br />Tenants (hereinafter referred to as "Owner") did execute a Deed of Trust, dated April 29, 2000 to <br />Overlands National Bank, as Trustee, covering that certain real property described as follows: <br />THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br />Lot EighPN:M382911 <br />Jeffrey Oaks Sixth Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island <br />To secure a note in the sum of $11,000.00, dated April 29, 2000, in favor of Overland National Bank, Ha 11 C o u n t y <br />which Deed of Trust was recorded May 5, 2000, as DOCUMENT NO. 2000 - 03668, Official Records of Nebraska <br />Hall county.
