<br /> VVHEREAS, on Apri130, 1993, EARL R. KNUTH and DELYCE J. KNUTH, husband
<br /> and wife, as TRUSTOR, conveyed certain real estate located in Hall County, Nebraska, to GLENN VAN
<br /> VELSON, Attorney at Law, as TRUSTEE, for the benefit of HALL AND HALL MORTGAGE
<br /> CORPORATION, a Colorado corporation, as BENEFICIARY, by virtue of that certain Deed of Trust and
<br /> Security Agreement which was filed for record on April 30, 1993, as Document No. 93-103456 of the
<br /> records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska; and
<br /> WHEREAS, said Deed of Trust was assigned to THE PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE
<br /> COMPANY OF AMERICA, a New Jersey corporation, by virtue of that certain Assignment of Deed of
<br /> Trust dated May 25, 1993, which was filed for record on May 27, 1993, as Document No. 93-104325 of
<br /> the records of said Register of Deeds; and
<br /> WHEREA5, said BENEFICIARY has requested in writing that certain real estate be
<br /> reconveyed and that a Deed of Partial Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the undersigned as TRUSTEE, does by these presents, grant,
<br /> remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all of the interest and estate derived
<br /> to said TRUSTEE by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described real estate, to-wit:
<br /> A tract of land comprising a part of the NWl/a of Section 36, Township 12 North,
<br /> Range 11 West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly
<br /> described as follows:
<br /> Beginning at the northeast corner of said NWl/a; thence running Westerly, along and
<br /> upon the North line of said NW'/a, a distance of 893.0 feet; thence deflecting left
<br /> 91°00'00" and running Southerly, a distance of 412.0 feet; thence deflecting left
<br /> 89°00'00" and running Easterly, parallel with the North line of said NWl/a, a distance
<br /> of 884.23 feet to a point on the East line of said NWl/a; thence deflecting left 89°46'S0"
<br /> and running Northerly, along and upon the East line of said NWl/a, a distance of
<br /> 411.94 feet to the point of beginning and containing 8.403 acres, more or less
<br /> together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances belonging thereto. Said Deed of Trust
<br /> shall otherwise remain in full force and effect upon the real estate which remains encumbered by the same.
