<br /> THIS DEED OF TRUST is made on April �, 1999 . The Trustors
<br /> are Robert J. Schultz and Kristin L. Schultz, husband and wife,
<br /> ( "Borrower�� ) . The Trustee is Denise D. Myers, of the Law Firm of
<br /> Lauritsen, Brownell, Brostrom, Stehlik & Thayer, P.O. Box 400,
<br /> Grand Island, NE 68802, ( ��Trustee") . The beneficiaries are Ruby C.
