<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Jerome W. Niedfelt and
<br />Doralene Niedfelt, Husband and Wife, to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, Trustee for the benefit of UNITED
<br />NEBRASKA BANK, the Beneficiary named therein, dated January 10, 2003 and recorded January 24, 2003 in the Office
<br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument #0200300953 in the Trust Deed Records of said County
<br />has been paid and Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described property:
<br />The East One Half of the Southwest Quarter (El /2SW1/4) of Section Twenty Five (25) in Township Eleven (11) North,
<br />Range Nine (9), West of the Sixth (6`h) P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, excepting a tract of land more particularly described
<br />in Deed recorded in Book 71, Page 234 and excepting a tract of land more particularly described in Return of Appraisers
<br />recorded as Document No. 81- 000699.
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
