The contractor shall adhere to the current permit and contract speaficatwns <br />4 The locations of all aenai and underground utility facilities may not be indicated on the project plans. The contractor <br />is requred to contact the Nebraska and Colorado 811 one can notification center (dal 8111 forty-eight (48) hours <br />prior to wortup in the city night of way No exavaton wll be permitted in the area of the underground utilities until <br />at faaimes have been located and identified tome satisfaction of all parties. The oontractor shall be responsible for <br />protection of all underground anti aerial utilities and infrastructure. <br />Whenever underground facilities are in close proximity tome proposed pathway location or whenever the vertical <br />locaton of the underground facility rs unknown. the contractor shall use special measures to oetennme the locations <br />of such underground facilities. <br />a. a the contractor is conducting tree excavation by digging from the surface when n a close pro.rmity to *nit <br />underground facdibes. the contractor shah use hand digging. hydro excavating, or air excavating to ocate such <br />facility. <br />b. tf the contractor is conduWng the excavation by tunneling or bonny. the contractor shall determine the verbdal <br />location of the underground featly by potholing or any other method approved by the director of public worts and <br />utilities <br />8. If sidewalk. wheel craw ramps or any porton of the pedestran facilities are removed or dosed. a pedestnan detour <br />shah be established and maintained dung the brae of the closure and the enure pedestrian facility Mali be restored <br />within seventy-two 172) hours. unless the ontracor provides a hard surface alternate route approved by the city or <br />county <br />11. The ROW inspector will make a determination on hat to proceed- This determination may range from approval <br />over the phone or via email to delaying the project until plans can be updated and appropriate review can be <br />conducted <br />23. Stake mounted waning signs and marker posts (BM531 to be placed where appropnate <br />24. All conduit and fiber is to be instated at the back of the roadway ROW unless otherwise noted <br />25. Leave 120' bops (00' tails at splice pants) for mainline fiber in vaults <br />
