<br />BACK -BAR FARM CO. OF NEBRASKA, a Nebraska corporation, GRANTOR, in
<br />consideration of a distribution of assets to Members, William V. Wolbach, Trustee of the
<br />William Vanarsdale Wolbach Trust Agreement dated February 2, 1993, as amended, as to an
<br />undivided Seventeen and 87/100 percent (17.87%) interest, W. Hunter Wolbach, Trustee of the
<br />William V. Wolbach Irrevocable Trust dated December 18, 2015, as to an undivided Sixty -Four
<br />and 25/100 percent (64.25%) interest and W. Hunter Wolbach, Trustee of the W. Hunter
<br />Wolbach Revocable Trust dated May 24, 2005, as to an undivided Seventeen and 88/100 percent
<br />(17.88%) interest, GRANTEES, conveys to GRANTEES, the following described real estate (as
<br />defined in NEB. REV. STAT. Section 76-201) situated in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Northeast Quarter (NE'/4) of Section Three (3), Township Nine (9), Range Ten
<br />(10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4) and Five (5), Section Thirty-five (35),
<br />Township Ten (10), Range Ten (10) West of the 6`h P.M., Hall County, Nebraska
<br />EXCEPT the tracts described as follows:
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Southeast Quarter (SE') of Section Thirty
<br />Five (35), Township Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, being more particularly described as follows: With reference
<br />to the Southeast corner of said SE'/4; thence running Westerly on an assumed
<br />bearing of N90°00'00"W on the South line of said SE'/4 a distance of 579.00 feet;
