Laura Fregoso, husband and wife are Trustor and Zachary Butz, <br />Attorney at Law, is Successor Trustee; <br />WHEREAS, Trustor, for valuable consideration and in order to secure to Beneficiary the <br />payment of valuable consideration, did execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on May 29, <br />2014, and identified as Document No. 201403179, conveying to Trustee, his successors and <br />assigns, a certain parcel of real estate described in said Deed as follows, to -wit: <br />Lot One (1), Al Wagner Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska <br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and Beneficiary has requested that <br />the estate conveyed by the said Deed of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore <br />mentioned and described be now released to said Trustor. <br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey and quitclaim unto <br />said Trustor all right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever which he had acquired in and <br />through the above -described Deed of Trust, together with all appurtenances and privileges <br />thereunto belonging or appertaining. <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />SS: <br />COUNTY OF HALL <br />ZACHAUSTEE <br />The foregoing Deed of Reconveyance was acknowledged before me on <br />17 /j3 , by Zachary Butz, Attorney at Law, Successor Trustee. <br />Qki-e/fi ✓c <br />GENERAL NOTARY State of Nebraska Notary Public <br />YESSENIA CIA-MENDEZ <br />My commission expires: MyComm.
