Mora, a single person, is Trustor and Zachary Butz, Attorney at Law, is Successor Trustee; WHEREAS, Trustor, for valuable consideration and in order to secure to Beneficiary the payment of valuable consideration, did execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on August 1, 2014, and identified as Document No. 201404785, conveying to Trustee, his successors and assigns, a certain parcel of real estate described in said Deed as follows, to -wit: Lot Two (2), Findley Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and Beneficiary has requested that the estate conveyed by the said Deed of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore mentioned and described be now released to said Trustor. THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey and quitclaim unto said Trustor all right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever which he had acquired in and through the above -described Deed of Trust, together with all appurtenances and privileges thereunto belonging or appertaining.
