<br />THIS PARTIAL DEED OF RECONVEYANCE is dated and executed this Z6 day
<br />of December, 2024, by Ronald S. Depue, Attorney at Law, Trustee, and is with reference to
<br />Deed of Trust wherein Koanne P. Babel is Beneficiary and Thomas E. Babel, a single person, is
<br />Trustor and Ronald S. Depue, Attorney at Law, is Trustee;
<br />WHEREAS, Trustor, for valuable consideration and in order to secure to Beneficiary the
<br />payment of valuable consideration, did execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on June 28,
<br />2022, and filed as Instrument No. 202204758 of the Records of Hall County, conveying to
<br />Trustee, his successors and assigns, a certain parcel of real estate.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment or other resolution in accordance
<br />with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these
<br />presents, grant, remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the
<br />interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following -
<br />described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />Unit Number Two (2), Babel Condominium Property Regime, in the City of
<br />Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />All of the property designated as Common Elements or Limited Common
<br />Elements in the Condominium Declaration creating Babel Condominium
<br />Property Regime in the City of Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska, recorded on
<br />December 20 , 2024, as Instrument No. 202406497 in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska
<br />Provided that the remainder of the land described in the Deed of Trust, together with all
<br />buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to the remaining land, shall
<br />remain subject to the Deed of Trust.
