Locust, Ste. 501 <br />Grand Island, NE 68801 <br />l" R S t t WOLD <br />REGISTER OF DEEDS <br />NOTICE OF RIGHT OF FIRST REFUSAL <br />THIS NOTICE OF RIGHT OF FIRST REFUSAL is made and entered into this <br />day of (fie C e , 2024, by and between AMJ Real Estate, LLC, a Nebraska limited <br />liability company ("AMJ") and MJR, Inc., a Nebraska corporation ("MJR"). <br />RECITALS: <br />WHEREAS, AMJ is the owner of Unit Eight (8), Park Island Square II Business <br />Condominiums, a condominium, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, as shown in Declaration <br />filed as Document No. 202110859 and Amendment filed as Document No.202201259 (the <br />"Property").; and <br />WHEREAS, the parties have entered into a Right of First Refusal to Purchase agreement <br />for the Property (the "Agreement"), which memorialized a right of first refusal which AMJ grants <br />to MJR to purchase the Property; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, AMJ and MJR hereby execute this notice for the purpose of <br />acknowledging the parties' respective interests, rights and obligations with respect to the Property <br />under the terms and conditions of the Agreement by recording this notice in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
