The Plaintiff appeared with her <br />attorney, Gregory Neuhaus. The Defendant appeared late, pro se. The Plaintiffs <br />motion to deem requests for admissions as admitted is granted subject to the <br />Court's separate determination of best interests of the children regarding custody <br />matters. Evidence was offered and the Court took the matter under advisement. <br />The Court, being fully advised in the premises, FINDS, ORDERS, <br />ADJUDGES, AND DECREES as follows: <br />Jurisdiction <br />1) The Court has jurisdiction over the parties and the subject matter of the <br />action. <br />2) The Plaintiff is a resident of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska and has <br />been for at least one year prior to the filing of the complaint. The Defendant <br />is believed to be a resident of Adams County, Nebraska. <br />3) No answer or voluntary appearance was filed, however, the Defendant was <br />personally served on a copy of the Complaint for Dissolution on April 26, <br />2023 and has appeared and pretrial hearings in this matter. <br />4) The parties were married in Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska, on <br />November 24, 2006. <br />5) Three children were born of the marriage: <br />(a) Zayden (born October 2006) <br />(b) Ava (born August 2008) <br />(c) Kamdon (born January 2014) <br />IIIIIgIIAao�II <br />1 <br />Certified Page 1 of 18 <br />
