<br />Whereas, a portion of the indebtedness secured by the trust deed, dated December 26, 2002,
<br />executed by Thayer Family L.L.Q. A NE Limited Liability Co. and Ernest J. Thayer and Janice
<br />M. Thayer, Husband and Wife , as trustor, to the undersigned, Earl Ahlschwede, Attorney and
<br />member of the Nebraska Bar Association, of P.O. Box 2300, City of Grand Island, County of
<br />Hall, State of Nebraska as trustee, and recorded on Jan 06,2003 , in the office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, State of Nebraska, as Document No. 0200300121 , has been paid on
<br />January 09, 2004
<br />In consideration of the above, and pursuant to written request made by Equitable
<br />Federal Savings Bank, formerly known as The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, A Federal
<br />Savings Bank, the beneficiary named in such trust deed, the undersigned hereby grants and
<br />reconveys to the parties entitled thereto, without warranty, all the estate and interest derived to
<br />the undersigned under such trust deed in that portion of the property described therein, located
<br />in Hall County, State of Nebraska, described as follows:
<br />Lot One (1), The Village Third Subdivision, in the city of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />The trust deed remains in full force and effect as to all other property described in the
<br />trust deed.
