<br />Federal Savings Bank, formerly known as The Equitable Building and Loan Assodation of Grand Island, Nebraska, A Federal
<br />Savings Bank, the beneficiary named in such trust deed, the undersigned hereby grants and
<br />reconveys to the parties entitled thereto, without warranty, all the estate and interest derived to
<br />the undersigned under such trust deed In that portion of the property described therein, located
