<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deeds of Trust executed by Rudolf F Plate and Jeannice
<br />R Plate, Husband and Wife, and Tim C Plate, an unmarried individual to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, Trustee for
<br />the benefit of UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, the Beneficiary named therein, dated September 10, 2002 and November
<br />1, 2002 and recorded September 12, 2002 and November 4, 2002 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Instruments #0200209611 and 0200212025 in the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid and
<br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described property:
<br />Lot Eleven (11) in Westwood Park Seventh Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
