Mettenbrink Revocable Living Trust Agreement dated October 27, 2014 (the <br />"ROFR"). Chase L. Mettenbrink, a single person, William L Mettenbrink, a single person and <br />Five Points Bank, Trustee of the Bailey Mettenbrink Trust gave notice to the undersigned that <br />they have decided to sell the Real Property to Jason Davis and Stephanie Davis under the <br />purchase agreement dated July 30, 2024. <br />Kathleen Ann Mettenbrink by signing this Notice, has decided not to exercise her rights <br />under the ROFR on the sale to Jason Davis and Stephanie Davis.
