GRANTOR filed Articles of Conversion from JEMR, INC. to JEMR, LLC with <br />the Nebraska Secretary of State on September 19, 2024 as Filing Document <br />#2409189095. According to Neb. Rev. Stat. §21-2,148, the effect of the entity conversion <br />is that title to all real property of the GRANTOR as the converting entity remains in the <br />GRANTEE as the surviving entity.
