<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, in consideration of the payment of obligations under a Deed of Trust
<br />executed by STAROSTKA GROUP UNLIMITED INC, a Nebraska corporaion, to BRANDON
<br />S. CONNICK, Attorney at Law, Trustee, for the benefit of NIEDFELT PROPERTY
<br />MANAGEMENT L.L.C., a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, on October 16, 2018 and recorded on October 16, 2018 as Instrument No. 201806838 in
<br />the Office of the Hall County Register of Deeds, the said Beneficiary has requested in writing
<br />that this Trustee's Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
