<br />WHEREAS, Pinnacle Bank, by and through Nathan W. Perry, it's authorized officer, as trustee under the
<br />Trust Deed dated 01/05/2024 and recorded on 01/05/2024, recorded as Instrument 202400082; Assignment
<br />of Rents dated 01/05/2024 and recorded 01/05/2024, recorded as Instrument 202400083 executed by Craig M
<br />McIntyre and Tisha M Fuller McIntyre. Husband and Wife, as trustors in which Pinnacle Bank of Central City
<br />is named as beneficiary, and said bank as trustee, and in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska has received from Pinnacle Bank, the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey,
<br />reciting that all sums secured by such Trust Deed have been fully paid and that such Trust Deed and the
<br />note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned as trustee, for cancellation;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the said
<br />bank by and through it's authorized officer as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto, namely by Craig M McIntyre and Tisha M Fuller McIntyre, Husband and
<br />Wife, the estate now held by it thereunder, to -wit:
<br />Lot Five (5), Block Sixty -Five (65), Wheeler and Bennett's Second Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Central City,
<br />Merrick County, Nebraska, on December 3, 2024.
