202406196 <br />28. SubstItuteTrustee. Lender may, from time to time, by itself or through the Loan Servicer, remove <br />Trustee and appoint a successor trustee to any Trustee appointed under this Security Instrument by an <br />instrument recorded in the county in which this Security Instrument is recorded.
