McDermott, Trustee; <br />Charles P. Kaufman and Elizabeth J. Kaufman, Husband and Wife, Beneficiary; and Mark A. Kaufman <br />and Helen Allard Kaufman, Husband and Wife, Trustor. <br />WHEREAS, Trustor, for valuable consideration and in order to secure to Beneficiary the <br />payment of said valuable consideration, did execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on October 13, <br />2010, recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of the County of Hall and identified as Instrument <br />No. 0201007521, conveys to Trustee, John B. McDermott, successors or assigns, a certain parcel of real <br />estate described in said Deed as follows, to -wit: <br />The East Sixteen (16) Feet of Lot Seven (7), and all of Lot Eight (8), Block One Hundred <br />Twenty One (121), in Koenig and Wiebe's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska, <br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and Beneficiary has requested that the <br />estate conveyed by the said Deed of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore mentioned and <br />described be now released to said Trustor. <br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey and quitclaim unto said <br />Trustor all right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever which he had acquired in and through the <br />above -described Deed of Trust, together with all appurtenances and privileges thereunto belonging or <br />appertaining. <br />.
