On this date he is a Registered Land Surveyor in the State of Nebraska. <br />2. Affiant further states that he completed a survey of Virgil Powell 2nd Subdivision, a replat of Lot <br />1, Virgil Powell Subdivision, located in a part of the Southeast Quarter (SEX), Section 32, <br />Township 11 North, Range 10 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska on May 4, 2024. <br />3. Affiant further states that upon examination of said plat he has discovered certain errors on said <br />plat. <br />The dimension on the northerly line of Lot 1 should read 344.02' instead of 479.00'. <br />The dimension on the northerly line of Lot 3 should read 479.00' instead of 344.02'. <br />Under the title block, "AN ADDITION TO THE" should be removed from "AN ADDTION TO <br />THE VILLAGE OF ALDA", as Virgil Powell Subdivision already established this as part of the <br />Village of Alda. <br />The right-of-way should be labeled existing instead of dedicated, as Virgil Powell <br />Subdivision already established this as Hall County right-of-way. <br />Further Affiant Saith Not <br />Evan A.
