Salazar, a single person, Grantor, <br />whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is <br />hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Wilfred Ernesto <br />0 Molina Barrios and Onelia Molina Navas a/k/a Onelia Y.
