The <br />Subdivider agrees to waive the right to object to the creation of any drainage district benefitting the <br />subdivision. <br />5. Sidewalks. The Subdivider shall maintain all public sidewalks required by <br />the City of Grand Island. <br />6. Electric. Public electric supply is available to the subdivision, and all <br />existing structures requiring service are connected to such electric supply. <br />7. Flood Plain. No portion of the proposed subdivision is in the flood plain. <br />8. Landscaping. The Subdivider agrees to comply with the requirements of the <br />Landscaping Regulations of the City of Grand Island and plans as approved with the issuance of a <br />building permit. <br />9. Driveways. The City of Grand Island will limit access to Webb Road to only <br />the points of access that exist at the time of subdivision. No additional curb -cuts and/or driveways <br />shall be allowed. <br />10. Care and Maintenance. Subdivider acknowledges and understands that at all <br />times during the development process and at all times thereafter the property must be maintained in <br />compliance with City Code including insuring that no grass, weeds, or worthless vegetation <br />accumulates and that the property remains free and clear of any prohibited garbage, waste, rubbish or <br />construction debris except for construction materials as allowed by law. Subdivider will ensure all <br />contractors, subcontractors, current and subsequent owners, or successors and assigns are notified of <br />their obligations to maintain the property as required by City Code. <br />3 <br />
