NOTICE OF DEFAULT <br />The undersigned, being the Trustee under a Trust Deed filed for record on December 2, 1997, 's, <br />as Document No. 97- 110176 in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, executed by Everett <br />R. Smith and JoAnn D. Smith, as Trusters, in which Rodney James Clark and Linda May Clark, are <br />named as Beneficiaries, hereby gives notice that a breach of an obligation for which the trust <br />property was conveyed as security has occurred, the nature of such breach is the Trustors' failure to <br />make debt payments as they became due. You are hereby notified that because of such default, the <br />indebtedness secured by said Trust Deed is accelerated and as of October 1, 2001, is in the amount <br />of $79,623.78, plus interest and costs thereafter, and further notified that because of such default, <br />the undersigned has elected to sell or cause to be sold the trust property to satisfy the obligations <br />under the Trust Deed; the trust property affected is as follows: <br />Lot One (1) in Bick's Second Subdivision, in Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Dated this -I— day of November, 2001. <br />e' n E.
