<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Roy D.
<br />Neneman and Lucy A. Neneman, husband and wife, as Trustors, to Michael D. Matejka,
<br />Attorney at Law, Trustee for the benefit of 5500 "L" Street Properties Co., a Nebraska general
<br />partnership, Beneficiary named therein, dated April 2, 2001, and recorded in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument #2001 - 02813, on April 3, 2001, has
<br />been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, said Beneficiary has requested that a Deed of Reconveyance be executed
<br />and delivered;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
<br />request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned Trustee does by these presents grant,
<br />remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate
<br />granted to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following- described premises
<br />only:
<br />Lot 18, Amick Acres East Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska.
