202405602 <br />LOAN #: 16061462 <br />23. Waiver. No waiver by us at any time of any term, provision or covenant contained in this Deed of Trust or in the <br />Agreement secured hereby shall be deemed to be or construed as a waiver of any other term, provision or covenant <br />or of the same term, provision or covenant at any other time. <br />24. Reconveyance. Upon payment of all sums secured by this Deed of Trust, we shall request Trustee to reconvey <br />the Property and shall surrender this Deed of Trust and all notes evidencing debt secured by this Security Instrument <br />to Trustee. Trustee shall reconvey the Property without warranty to the person or persons legally entitled to it. Such <br />person or persons shall pay any recordation costs. We may charge such person or persons a fee for reconveying the <br />Property, but only if the fee is paid to a third party (such as the Trustee) for services rendered and the charging of the <br />fee is permitted under applicable law. <br />25. Request for Notices. You request that copies of the notices of default and sale be sent to your address which is <br />the Property Address. <br />26. Riders to this Deed of Trust.
