Said <br />Mortgage recorded in, County of Hall, NE on April 25, 2006, Instrument number: 0200603658. The Loan <br />Documents were endorsed and assigned to Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for <br />Argent Securities Inc., Asset -Backed Pass -Through Certificates, Series 2006-M1, Under the pooling <br />and Servicing Agreement dated June 1, 2006, recorded on February 18, 2009 Document number: <br />0200901163.
