Affiant further states that the fifth line from th� bottom of the Legal <br /> Description shall now read "1�,�o Hundred Twenty Five (225.0) feet; <br /> thence southerly, parallel with the easterly line of said" in lieu of <br /> "One Hundred 1�relve and Five Tenths (112.50) feer; thence southerly, <br /> parallel with the easterlg line of said" as now shown in the Legal <br /> Description on the plat of said "C. � E.
