CANCELLATION OF NOTICE OF DEFAULT <br />The undersigned hereby cancels tltc Notice of Default filed for rcco;•d October 24, 2001, and <br />recorded in the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument <br />No.0200110792. Said Notice of Default refers to the Deed of Trust executed by Larry J. Musquiz and <br />Brenda R. Musquiz, as husband and wife, as Trustors, in which Norwest Mortgage, Inc. is named as <br />Beneficiary and Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank is the Trustee. The Deed of Trust C <br />was thereafter filed for record November 17, 1992 and recorded in the records of the Register of Deeds <br />of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No.92- 109984. <br />On or about November 16, 1992, Norwest Mortgage, Inc., Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, <br />title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation.
