<br />The undersigned hereby cancels tltc Notice of Default filed for rcco;•d October 24, 2001, and
<br />recorded in the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument
<br />No.0200110792. Said Notice of Default refers to the Deed of Trust executed by Larry J. Musquiz and
<br />Brenda R. Musquiz, as husband and wife, as Trustors, in which Norwest Mortgage, Inc. is named as
<br />Beneficiary and Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank is the Trustee. The Deed of Trust C
<br />was thereafter filed for record November 17, 1992 and recorded in the records of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No.92- 109984.
<br />On or about November 16, 1992, Norwest Mortgage, Inc., Beneficiary, assigned all of its right,
<br />title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation. The
<br />Assignment was recorded November 17, 1992, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument No. 92- 109990.
<br />The subject property is legally described as follows:
<br />That Part of the East Half (El /2) of Block Ten (10) in Sheridan Place,
<br />in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, located in the Southwest
<br />Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SW 1/4 SE 1/4) of Section Eight (8)
<br />in Township Eleven North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., more
<br />particularly described as: Commencing at the Southeast Corner of said
<br />Block 10, running thence North along the East line of said Block 10, a
<br />distance of 121.33 feet; turning thence West and running a distance of
<br />66 feet; turning thence South and running a distance of 121.33 feet to
<br />the South line of said Block 10; turning thence East and running along
<br />the South line of said Block 10, a distance of 66 feet to the place of
<br />beginning.
