0 �E- � <br />V <br />J <br />n <br />:i <br />n <br />R <br />PO <br />M <br />T <br />C <br />z <br />n n <br />M CA <br />c <br />Q <br />NOTICE OF DEFAULT <br />ti <br />T O <br />J <br />C7 - <br />O -4 <br />�M <br />rj <br />D <br />Cl) <br />The undersigned, BANKFIRST, a Nebraska banking corporation, formerly known <br />as COLUMBUS FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK, Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust <br />dated November 8, 1991, wherein TIOU KEOLAVONE and LOUANE KEOLAVONE, <br />Husband and Wife, were the Trustors, which was filed for record in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on November 8, 1991, as Document No. <br />91- 107594 of the Hall County Register of Deeds Record Books, which contains as trust <br />property, the following- described real estate: <br />A part of Block Two (2) of "Koehler Subdivision" located on part of the <br />Southeast Quarter (SE % ) of the Southwest Quarter (SW %) of Section <br />Fifteen (15), in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the <br />6th P.M. and a part of Lot Fourteen (14) of the County Subdivision of the <br />West Half of the Southwest Quarter (SW % ) of Section Fifteen (15) in <br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., more <br />particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of <br />said Block Two (2), running thence East for a distance of 160 feet, <br />running thence South Parallel with the West Line of said Block for a <br />Distance of 82.7 Feet, running thence West, Parallel with the North line of <br />said Block, for a distance of 160 feet, and running thence North, along <br />and upon the West line of said Block for a distance of 82.7 feet to the <br />place of beginning, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />together with all improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all <br />easements, appurtenances and fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property, <br />including all replacements and additions thereto, which were referred to in such Deed <br />of Trust as the "Property", hereby gives notice of default of said Trustors for the reason <br />that the said Trustors, TIOU KEOLAVONE and LOUANE KEOLAVONE, Husband and <br />Wife, have failed to make the payments of principal and interest due in respect to the <br />Deed of Trust. <br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or <br />cause to be sold the above real estate to satisfy the obligations of that certain Deed of <br />Trust dated November 8, 1991, owing from Trustors to the Beneficiary, BANKFIRST, <br />formerly known as COLUMBUS FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK, pursuant to the terms of <br />the Deed of Trust referred to above which secures this obligation. <br />d � <br />N <br />o � <br />O <br />O N <br />CD <br />Cn <br />CO CD <br />S <br />0 <br />s <br />0 <br />
