WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, borrower has previously executed and delivered unto Lender a certain Note secured by a Deed of Trust/Mortgage upon that real estate described as: LOT TEN (10) IN BLOCK THREE (3) OF ELM PLACE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA which Deed of Trust/Mortgage was dated AUGUST 7, 2001, and filed for record on AUGUST 8, 2001, in the office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA AS DOCUMENT #0200107947 WHEREAS, such Deed of Trust/Mortgage had a stated maturity date of SEPTEMBER 1, 2006, WHEREAS, Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew and extend the indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust/Mortgage, NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such renewal and extension, the parties hereto give notice in accord with NEB. REV. STAT. SS 76 -239 of the continued effectiveness of the Deed of Trust/Mortgage above described in the following respects: 1. MATURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the above - described Deed of Trust/Mortgage is hereby AMENDED TO NOVEMBER 1, 2006. 2. CONTINUED EFFECTIVENESS. Except as specifically modified by this Extension Agreement, all other terms, covenants and conditions contained in the above - described Deed of Trust/Mortgage shall remain in full force and effect as security for the remaining indebtedness concurrently herewith extended. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned have executed this Extension Agreement on the date first noted above.
