This EXTENSION AGREEMENT made and executed this T& day ©c f" , 2001, <br />by and between HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND <br />ISLAND, hereinafter referred to as "Lender ", and <br />TIM C PLATE, A SINGLE PERSON <br />hereinafter referred to as "Borrower ". <br />c <br />- N <br />WHEREAS, borrower has previously executed and delivered unto Lender a certain Note <br />secured by a Deed of Trust/Mortgage upon that real estate described as: <br />THE NORTH FIFTY -FOUR (54) FEET OF LOT TWENTY -TWO (22), IN BLOCK ONE (1) IN <br />KOEHLER PLACE, AN ADDITION IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, <br />NEBRASKA, AND ALSO A CERTAIN PART OF LOT TWENTY -TWO (22) IN BLOCK ONE (1), <br />KOEHLER PLACE, AS ORIGINALLY PLATTED, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS: <br />BEGINNING AT A POINT ON THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT, SUCH POINT BEING 65.3 FEET <br />SOUTH OF THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT; RUNNING THENCE NORTH, ALONG <br />THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT 11.3 FEET; RUNNING THENCE EAST, PARALLEL TO THE <br />NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT, 54.8 FEET, TO THE EASTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT; RUNNING <br />THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY ALONG THE SOUTHEASTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT, 32.2 <br />FEET, TO A POINT 10.0 FEET NORTHEASTERLY FROM, AS MEASURED AT RIGHT <br />ANGLES TO, THE CONCRETE CURB NOW LOCATED; RUNNING THENCE <br />NORTHWESTERLY ON A LINE CONCENTRIC WITH, AND PARALLEL TO, THE CONCRETE <br />CURB AS NOW LOCATED 36.8 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. <br />which Deed of Trust/Mortgage was dated JUNE 13, 1997, and filed for record on JUNE 19, 1997, in <br />the office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />AS DOCUMENT # 97- 104820, <br />WHEREAS, such Deed of Trust/Mortgage had a stated maturity date of JULY 1, 2002, <br />WHEREAS, Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew and extend the <br />indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust/Mortgage, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such renewal and extension, the parties hereto give <br />notice in accord with NEB. REV. STAT. SS 76 -239 of the continued effectiveness of the Deed of <br />Trust/Mortgage above described in the following respects: <br />1. MATURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the above - described Deed of Trust/Mortgage <br />is hereby AMENDED TO NOVEMBER 1, 2005. <br />2. CONTINUED EFFECTIVENESS.
