<br />Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, successor to Commercial Federal Mortgage
<br />Corporation, is the Plaintiff, and Roger Allen Schofield, et al., are the Defendants, Plaintiff, did
<br />obtain a Decree finding that there is due from Roger Allen Schofield to Commercial Federal Bank,
<br />a Federal Savings Bank, successor to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation, the sum of Sixty
<br />Thousand Six Hundred Twelve and 12/100 Dollars ($60,612.12) plus interest and costs of suit; and
<br />WHEREAS, it is further ordered in said Decree that in default of the payment of the sum so
<br />found due by Roger Allen Schofield, that the Hall County Sheriff, should cause the lands and
<br />tenements hereinafter described to be advertised and sold according to law to pay the same; and
<br />WHEREAS, default having been made therein, the Hall County Sheriff, in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, under and by virtue of the said Decree and the Order of Sale to him, did on October 15,
<br />2003, at the Hall County Courthouse in the City of Grand Island, in said County of Hall, having first
<br />given due and legal notice of the time and place of said sale by publication once in each week for
<br />four consecutive weeks in a newspaper printed and in general circulation in said County of Hall, sell
<br />said premises at public auction to Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, successor
<br />to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation, for the sum of Sixty -Two Thousand Nine
<br />Hundred Sixty Four and 10 /100 Dollars ($62,964.10). The sale was afterward on December 1,
<br />2003, examined and confirmed and the Hall County Sheriff, ordered to convey said premises in fee
<br />simple title to Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, successor to Commercial Federal
<br />Mortgage Corporation, its successors and assigns, purchaser at sale.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, Sheriff of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, in the County of Hall, as aforesaid, in consideration of the premises and by virtue of the
<br />powers vested in me by law and the Decree of said Court, do hereby give, grant and convey to
<br />Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, successor to Commercial Federal Mortgage
<br />Corporation, its successors and assigns, the premises as aforesaid sold, to -wit:
<br />Lots Six (6) and Seven (7), Block Eighty -Nine (89), Wheeler and
<br />Bennett's Fourth Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska;
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings
<br />Bank, successor to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation, its successors and assigns, and to
<br />them end their use and behoof forever.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have, as the Hall County Sheriff, hereunto set my hand this
<br />day of December, 2003.
