CORPORATE WARRANTY DEED <br />ST. MARY'S CHURCH OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, A Nebraska <br />Corporation, for and in consideration of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND <br />DOLLARS ($150,000.00), receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, <br />does hereby convey to GOODWILL INDUSTRIES OF GREATER NEBRASKA, <br />INC., A Nebraska Corporation, the following described real estate <br />in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />Lot Two (2), Columbian Subdivision, in the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />together with all tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances to <br />the same belonging, and all the estate, title, interest, claim or <br />demand whatsoever of said Grantor, of, in or to the same, or any <br />part thereof; subject to easements and restrictions of record. <br />Grantor covenants with the Grantee that Grantor: <br />(1) is lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is <br />free from encumbrances except as stated herein; <br />(2) has good right and lawful authority to sell the same; <br />(3) warrants and will defend the title to the real estate <br />against the lawful claims of all persons. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, ST.
