<br />WHEREAS, MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of Doniphan, A State Banking Corporation by
<br />and through Craig E. Marble, its authorized officer, MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of Doniphan,
<br />as trustee under the trust deed dated April 12, 2019 executed by MICHAEL S DUNNING AND TERESA
<br />J DUNNING, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as trustor, in which MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of
<br />Doniphan, is named as beneficiary, and said corporation as trustee, and recorded as Instrument No. 201902159
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, State of Nebraska, has received from MNB Bank as
<br />successor in interest to Bank of Doniphan, the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting
<br />that all sums secured by such trust deed have been fully paid and that such trust deed and the note secured
<br />thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, as trustee, for cancellation:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the said
<br />corporation by and through its authorized officer, as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto, namely: MICHAEL S DUNNING AND TERESA J DUNNING,
<br />HUSBAND AND WIFE the estate now held by it thereunder, to -wit:
<br />THE NORTHERLY 27 FEET OF LOT 13; AND LOT 11, EXCEPT THE NORTHERLY 18 FEET
<br />THEREOF, ALL IN BLOCK 7, UNIVERSITY PLACE, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
