<br />WHEREAS, MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of Doniphan, A State Banking Corporation by
<br />and through Craig E. Marble, its authorized officer, MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of Doniphan,
<br />as trustee under the trust deed dated April 01, 2014 executed by JAMES R. BATIE AND RUTH A. BATIE,
<br />HUSBAND AND WIFE, as trustor, in which MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of Doniphan, is
<br />named as beneficiary, and said corporation as trustee, and recorded as Instrument No. 201402105 in the office
<br />of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, State of Nebraska, has received from MNB Bank as successor in
<br />interest to Bank of Doniphan, the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums
<br />secured by such trust deed have been fully paid and that such trust deed and the note secured thereby have
<br />been surrendered to the undersigned, as trustee, for cancellation:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the said
<br />corporation by and through its authorized officer, as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto, namely: JAMES R. BATIE AND RUTH A. BATIE, HUSBAND AND
<br />WIFE the estate now held by it thereunder, to -wit:
<br />LOT THREE (3), IN AMICK ACRES SECOND SUBDIVISION, A PART OF THE NORTH HALF
<br />OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (N 1/2 SW 1/4) AND PART OF THE SOUTH HALF OF THE
<br />NORTHWEST QUARTER (S 1/2 NW 1/4) OF SECTION TWO (2), TOWNSHIP NINE (9)
<br />NORTH, RANG TEN (10) WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., IN HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
