<br />3MJR, LLC, a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, herein called the Grantor, in
<br />consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00), receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,

<br />Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, the eight (8) easement
<br />and right-of-way tracts being more particularly described as follows:
