<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by Trust Deed executed by David A. Rehovsky and
<br />Linda L. Rehovsky, Husband and Wife
<br />To AREND R. BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated July 1, 1999,
<br />and recorded July 9, 1999, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument
<br />Number 99- 106897, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises;
<br />Lot Nine (9), Lake Davis Acres Second Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />together with all building, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
