Mazuch, a single person, is the Trustor, which <br />was filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on <br />November 10, 2021 as Instrument No. 202109559, and contains as trust property the following - <br />described real estate: <br />Lots Three (3) and Four (4), Block Eighty -Three (83), Wheeler and Bennett's Fourth <br />Addition to the city of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />which is commonly known as 205 E. 16th St., Grand Island, Nebraska; <br />together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and <br />fixtures; all easements, rights of way, and appurtenances; all water, water rights and ditch rights <br />(including stock in utilities with ditch or irrigation rights); and all other rights, royalties, and <br />profits relating to the real property, including without limitation all minerals, oil, gas, geothermal <br />and similar matters, all of which was referred to in such Deed of Trust as the "Real Property"; <br />hereby gives notice of default of said Trustor for the reason that said Trustor has failed to make <br />the payments of principal and interest due in respect to the Promissory Note secured by that <br />Deed of Trust. <br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be <br />sold the above Real Property to satisfy the obligations of that certain Note dated November 5, <br />2021, owing from Trustor to the Beneficiary, FIVE POINTS BANK, pursuant to the terms of the <br />Deed of Trust referred to above, which secures this obligation. <br />FIVE POINTS BANK, Trustee <br />By: <br />Brandon S.
