Mazuch, a single person, is the Trustor, which was filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on November 10, 2021 as Instrument No. 202109559, and contains as trust property the following - described real estate: Lots Three (3) and Four (4), Block Eighty -Three (83), Wheeler and Bennett's Fourth Addition to the city of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska which is commonly known as 205 E. 16th St., Grand Island, Nebraska; together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures; all easements, rights of way, and appurtenances; all water, water rights and ditch rights (including stock in utilities with ditch or irrigation rights); and all other rights, royalties, and profits relating to the real property, including without limitation all minerals, oil, gas, geothermal and similar matters, all of which was referred to in such Deed of Trust as the "Real Property"; hereby gives notice of default of said Trustor for the reason that said Trustor has failed to make the payments of principal and interest due in respect to the Promissory Note secured by that Deed of Trust.
