<br /> For value received, Bank of Wood River of Wood River, Nebraska, hereby
<br /> grants, ass�gns and transfers to JAbtES A. SWANSON, 2316 West Louise Street, Grand
<br /> Island, Hall County, Nebraska, all beneficial interest onto that certain Trust
<br /> Deed dated February 10, 1994 executed by James A. Swanson, II and Pamela C.
<br /> Swanson, husband and wife, as Trustor to Bank of Wood River as Trustee and in
<br /> which Bank of Wood River is named as Beneficiary, and recorded in the office of
<br /> the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on F�bruary 10, 1994 and appearing
<br /> of record in Book 94-101189, covering the following described premises:
<br /> The West Three feet and Two and Three Quarters Inches (W3' 2;") of
<br /> Lot Four (4) and all of Lots Five (5) and Six (6), Block Twenty Five
<br /> (25), in the Original Town of Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska and
<br /> part vacated North Street as shown in Ordinance No. 21, recorded in
<br /> Book "N", Page !660.
<br /> to have and to hold the same onto the said JAMES A. SWANSON, 2316 west Louise
<br /> Street, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and unto his successors and assigns
<br /> aforesaid entitling Assignee all sums due and payable for and paid to Bank of
<br /> Wood River, Wood River, Nebraska on a Promissory Note entered into by James A.
<br /> Swanson, II and Pamela C. Swanson, and for satisfaction of judgment filed in the
<br /> Hall County District Court, Bank of Wood River v. James A. Swanson and Beverly
<br /> J. Swanson and together with all rights accrued or to accrue under such Trust
<br /> Deed.
