<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, in consideration of the payment of obligations under a Deed of Trust
<br />executed by JENNIFER R. HANSEN and CASEY M. HANSEN, wife and husband, to
<br />CATHLEEN H. ALLEN, Attorney at Law, Trustee, for the benefit of THOMAS L. NIELSEN
<br />and LOIS E. NIELSEN, husband and wife, as joint tenants, the Beneficiaries named therein, on
<br />March 31, 2022 and recorded on April 21, 2022 as Instrument No. 202202944 in the Office of
<br />the Hall County Register of Deeds, and the Assignment of Deed of Trust dated June 2, 2022 and
<br />recorded on June 8, 2022 as Instrument No. 202204228 in the Office of the Hall County Register
<br />of Deeds, the said Beneficiaries have requested in writing that this Trustee's Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiaries named therein,
<br />the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through
<br />said Trust Deed in the following -described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />Easterly One -Third (E113) of Lot One (1), Block Sixty -Four (64), in the
<br />Original Town, now City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />together with all improvements, fixtures and appurtenances located thereon or in any way
<br />pertaining thereto, and the rents, issues, profits, reversions and the remainders thereof, including
<br />all such personal property that is attached to the improvements so as to constitute a fixture.
