CASH <br />CHECK <br />REFUNDS: <br />CASH <br />CHECK <br />RECORDED <br />HALL COUNTY NE <br />INST 20211 0 U 3 1 3 2024 SEP -S P 3: 314 <br />K STI WOLD <br />REGISTER OF DEEDS <br />Return to: Village of Alda <br />6410 US -30 PO eE-?X ► 00 <br />Alda, NE 68810 <br />SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT <br />44-a L ( 2Ouri--() <br />Virgil Powell Second Subdivision, an Addition to the Village of Alda, Nebraska <br />[Lots 1, 2, and 3] <br />The undersigned, MID PLAINS LANDSCAPING, LLC, as owner of a tract of land <br />comprising Virgil Powell Subdivision, an Addition to the Village of Alda, Hall County, <br />Nebraska and DANIEL POWELL, hereinafter collectively the Subdivider, desire to have <br />subdivided as a subdivision, the above-described tract of land which is located within the <br />corporate limits of the Village of Alda, Nebraska, and hereby submit to the Village Board of <br />such Village for acceptance as provided by law, an accurate map and plat of such proposed <br />subdivision, to be known as VIRGIL POWELL SECOND SUBDIVISION, designating <br />explicitly the land to be laid out and particularly describing the lots, easements and streets <br />belonging to such subdivision, with lots and blocks designated by numbers, easements by <br />dimensions and streets by names, and proposes to cause the plat of such subdivision when finally <br />approved by the Regional Planning Commission and the Alda Village Board to be acknowledged <br />by such owner, certified as to accuracy of survey by a registered land surveyor and to contain a <br />dedication of the easements to the use and benefits of public utilities, and of the streets to the use <br />and benefit of the public forever. In consideration of the acceptance of the plat of said VIRGIL <br />POWELL SECOND SUBDIVISION, the Subdivider hereby consents and agrees with the <br />Village of Alda, Nebraska that it will install or provide at its expense, and will abide by, the <br />following provisions to be applicable to this subdivision: <br />1 <br />
