<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, Pinnacle Bank, by and through Nathan W. Perry, it's authorized officer, as trustee under the
<br />Trust Deed dated 11/16/2022 and recorded on 11/30/2022, recorded as Instrument 202208281; Trust Deed
<br />dated 10/09/2023 and recorded 11/20/2023, recorded. as Instrument 202306103; executed by Brooke J Eilts
<br />and Donna R Eilts, Husband and Wife, as trustors in which Pinnacle Bank of Central City is named as
<br />beneficiary, and said bank as trustee, and in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska
<br />has received from Pinnacle Bank, the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all
<br />sums secured by such Trust Deed have been fully paid and that such Trust Deed and the note secured
<br />thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned as trustee, for cancellation;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the said
<br />bank by and through it's authorized officer as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto, namely by Brooke J Eilts and Donna R Eilts. Husband and Wife, the
<br />estate now held by it thereunder, to -wit:
<br />Lot 7, Homestead 2"d Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Central City,
<br />Merrick County, Nebraska, on August 26, 2024.
