ORDINANCE NO. 8703 (Cont.) <br />200111380 <br />a distance of forty six and nine hundredths (46.09) feet (long cord distance = <br />44.96 feet, central angle = 44 °00'33 ") to a point of intersection with the Willow <br />Street cul -de -sac right -of -way; thence southwesterly along the Willow Street <br />cul -de -sac right -of -way, being an arc of a curve to the left whose radius is sixty <br />(60.0) feet, a distance of sixty one and eight hundredths (61.08) feet (long cord <br />distance = 58.48 feet, central angle = 58 °19'32 ") to the Point of Beginning, and <br />containing 0.015 acres, more or less, as shown on the drawing dated September <br />27, 2001, marked Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br />reference; <br />is hereby vacated. <br />SECTION 2. The title to the property vacated by Section 1 of this ordinance shall <br />revert to the owner or owners of the real estate abutting the same in proportion to the respective <br />ownership of such real estate. <br />SECTION 3. This ordinance is directed to be filed in the office of the Register of <br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />SECTION 5.
