The Beneficiary has represented to the Trustee <br />that either the obligation secured by the Deed of Trust has been paid in full, or that the lien of the <br />Deed of trust should be reconveyed, nevertheless. The Beneficiary's request for reconveyance <br />has been directed to the Trustee in writing. <br />IN CONSIDERATION OF THE WRITTEN REQUEST OF THE Beneficiary, the <br />Trustee hereby reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the right, title, interest and <br />claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of trust referred to above. This reconveyance <br />addresses the real property set forth below, against which this instrument should be indexed and <br />recorded. <br />All those parts of Lots 12 and 13, Block 2, Sothman's Subdivision to the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, commencing at a point on the Easterly line <br />of lot 12, 22 feet Northwesterly of the Southeast corner of Lot 12; running thence <br />Southwesterly along a line parallel to the southerly line of Lot 12 a distance of <br />125 feet to the Westerly line of lot 12; running thence Southerly along the Westerly <br />line of Lots 12 and 13, a distance of 50 feet; and running thence Northeasterly along <br />a line parallel to the Southerly line of Lot 12, a distance of 125 feet to the Easterly <br />line of Lot 13, a distance of 50 feet to the point of beginning.
