<br />The undersigned Lessor, namely KUESTER LAKE, INC., hereby consents to the
<br />Conditional Assignment UNION BANK & TRUST COMPANY (Secured Party) by
<br />TERRY L. SICKLER and LaDONNA E. SICKLER, of a Lease dated October 16, 2001,
<br />wherein Kuester Lake, Inc. is the Lessor and TERRY L. SICKLER and LaDONNA
<br />SICKLER are the Lessees, such lease commenced October 16,1996, and terminates
<br />October 15, 2031, and pertains to:
<br />Lot Twenty (20), having a lake front footage of 75 Feet, situated on the East
<br />side of the Westerly Portion of Kuester Lake, and being on a part of the East
<br />Half of the Southwest Quarter (E1 /2SW1 /4), in Section Thirteen (13), Township
<br />Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, bounded on the Westerly side by the common road;
<br />Said Conditional Assignment to which this Lessor consents was given by said Debtor to
<br />Lending Institution, as additional security for payment of a Note in the amount of FORTY
<br />THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FIFTEEN and 97/100 DOLLARS ($40,115.97) and a
<br />Financing Statement or mortgage covering the above - described premises and securing
<br />payment of said Note.
<br />Such Assignment to remain effective until said Note is paid.
