<br />bounded on the Westerly side by the common road;
<br />It is understood that if the Assignors pay said indebtedness of $40,115.97, with interest
<br />and according to the provisions of the Financing Statement given by them to the Assignee, that
<br />this Conditional Assignment of said Lease will thereafter be null and void and of no further
